REFUND POLICY: Provided you give written e-mail notice of cancellation 72 hours prior to the above TIME OF DELIVERY, we will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the charge--we retain 20% for having reserved your date.

We do not warranty the product for any use or purpose, and assume no liability for any claim of injury or damage related to its use. By completing this registration rental form, you hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify AQUABAR and any affiliated agent, company, corporation, franchisee, shareholder, individual, officer or employee against claim(s) of any nature made by you, your event venue, or any third party related to the presence, use, function or performance of the product, including-but-not-limited-to delivery/setup and retrieval of the unit(s) to and from your event.
